See Commons talk:WikiProject Flags#Missing flags where dbenbenn has said "That's a bug in rsvg, not in the SVG code". I wouldn't be surprised if there is a way of doing it that rsvg doesn't screw up, but I'm not personally familiar with the bug. ¦ Reisio 19:40, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
