 Keep That's why the articles about national simbols exists in the constitution of a country, THERE is were the government specify their use and whether they are in the public domain or not, and guess what, the constitution of the era in which this Emblem was adopted is practically unobtainable. Deleted: Per Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Afghanistan the copyright of an anonymous work is 50 years after publication. Assuming this image was published in 1987 this file is protected until 1987+51= 2038 and can be undeleted in 2038. . --Ellywa (talk) 20:27, 29 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
