[edit]Lyrics by w:Pak Se-yong (died in 1989) and text by w:Kim Won-gyun (died in 2002). The author has obviously not yet been dead for 50 years, as required by the copyright tag used.

- Comment: unless the anthem, which is defined in the constitution, is a " 'document for state management' without a commercial purpose" ({{PD-North Korea}}) whatever that means (we don't have a lot of legal literature on definitions in North Korean copyright). - Wouldn't 'documents for state management' be limited to government works? According to w:Aegukka, the music is from 1945 and lyrics from 1946, but North Korea wasn't founded until 1948, so it can't be a government work. --Stefan2 (talk) 08:43, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
