Summary

[edit]
Description The imposing statue of King Sasavang Vong, former Laos ruler and erstwhile resident of the Royal Palace towers over the visitors outside the Phalak Phalam theater for performing arts in the LP National Museum/ Royal Palace. The king was quite a large individual, and the museum alongside displays several of his personal effects, his Royal ceremonial apparel, his living quarters, his library etc. Unfortunately, no photography was allowed inside the museum, and you had to check your camera in before you enter the museum interior.
