Summary
[edit]DescriptionKool jaap riefenstahl leni new york city.jpg |
English: Jaap Kool (1890–1959) and Leni Riefenstahl (1902–2003) in a German newspaper article, published in 1924, without bibliographical source. The picture is an easily recognizable fake. As the newspaper actually had no correspondent in NYC the journalists just clipped both people from another picture which was probably made in Berlin and placed it on a New York street scene. |
