Català: Qom és una ciutat de l'Iran a 156 km al sud-est de Teheran a la riba del riu Qom. És capital de la província de Qom, única província que està formada per un sol comtat (també anomenat Qom) dividit en cinc bakhx un dels quals (Qom Central) també té Qom com a capçalera.
Čeština: Qom je hlavním městem nejmenší íránské provincie Qom, ležící 156 km jihozápadně od Teheránu. Je to osmé nejlidnatější město a má 1 042 309 obyvatel. Městem protéká stejnojmenná řeka. Qom je považován za centrum šíitského islámu a významné poutní místo.

La città è attraversata dall'omonimo fiume. Qum è la seconda città santa dell'Iran dopo Mashhad e ospita il santuario di Hażrat-é Maʿsūmeh, dove possono entrare solo musulmani. La città fu il cuore della Rivoluzione iraniana e rimane tuttora uno dei luoghi più conservatori del paese.
