IN THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19
Earlier this year, Uganda’s Ministry of Health mandated the country’s Inter-religious Council to spread the message of Covid-19 prevention, throughout the nation.
In this regard, the National Fellowship of Born-Again Pentecostal Churches actively took up their part as a member of the council, and appointed Ms Nancy Kalembe as Coordinator in charge of Covid-19 Risk Communication.
With over 20 years working experience in public and private sector, both in East and West Africa, it was felt that Nancy would bring much-needed experience to this role.
This website was thus set up to provide regular updates on the status of Covid-19 in the country. Please keep checking back! [1]
