We are seeking a hands-on project officer to assist with a programme of office rationalisation and transformation. The successful candidate will be required to visit sites across Cheshire East on an ad hoc basis to assist with the detailed planning of office moves, and liaise with project team members, teams/services moving, and external contractors via Teams and email to ensure operational success. Ideally we are looking for a candidate with CAD skills .Interpret Council office accommodation policies and create CAD plans in order to assess accommodation requirements for all Council staff and make recommendations to the Building Support Manager so that all Council staff are located in suitably located and serviced offices and premises2.
