Critico’s multi-channel Connect messaging now supports text messaging to local radio handsets. Including radio handsets in critical broadcast alerts – quickly and discreetly – provides for greater coordination between facilities, security and operations that can help improve incident response.
- Text message alerts complement two-way radio voice channels
- Critical or sensitive alerts cannot be overheard
- Incident group broadcasts to pagers/SMS/email/app can also be received on radio handsets
- BMS and Fire system alarm messages can be automatically pushed to key radio users.
