User Reviews and Content

1. User-Generated Reviews: Daycare.com provides a platform for users to post reviews and ratings of childcare services (“User Reviews”). The responsibility for the content of User Reviews rests entirely with the users who post them.
2. Accuracy and Legality of User Reviews: You agree to post reviews and content that are accurate and lawful. Daycare.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove User Reviews that violate these Terms, contain illegal content, or are otherwise deemed harmful.

No Endorsement of Childcare Services

1. Daycare.com’s Role: Daycare.com is a neutral platform that connects parents with childcare providers. Daycare.com does not provide childcare services, nor does it endorse any childcare provider listed on the Services.
2. No Warranty or Guarantee: Daycare.com does not warrant, insure, or guarantee the services provided by childcare providers, users, or advertisers on the Services. The quality, safety, legality, and suitability of any childcare services arranged through the Services are the sole responsibility of the provider and the parent or guardian who engages such services.

Limitation of Liability for Childcare Services

1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that your use of childcare services arranged through Daycare.com is at your own risk. Daycare.com assumes no liability for the actions, behavior, quality, or safety of the childcare services provided by advertisers or users on the Services.
2. Release from Claims: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and waive all claims against Daycare.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from any and all liability for claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys’ fees) of every kind and nature, arising from or in any way related to childcare services provided by users or advertisers on the Services.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Daycare.com on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Daycare.com concerning the Services.
