    Speed Dating for Success at cosnova! 🚀 When it comes to consumer feedback and consumer speed dating at cosnova, our colleague Melanie Wieland consistently leads the way. As an expert in qualitative research, she aids in the creation and enhancement of products and services through human-centered evaluations. 🔍 Employees are regularly invited to gather feedback on their products, concepts, prototypes, websites, and project results through consumer testing. The process is inspired by the concept of speed dating. In six rounds of 15 minutes each, testers evaluate the respective teams and their products/services, providing honest feedback. For the testing teams, this means observing and listening attentively. 🎙️ When asked in the cosnova podcast "TBD - TechBeautyDiscussion" by Constance and Kevin why speed dating is her favorite project at cosnova, she replied: "I particularly like speed dating days because so many people come together for three hours and generate feedback in a fun yet effective way, which then flows into the products or services." 🌐 A successful online version of the concept has now been tested with consumers worldwide. We see diversification, sustainability, wellness, and self-expression. 🌍💄 Seoul: The K-Beauty scene is innovative and exciting, with fresh trends in makeup and skincare. 🇰🇷✨ Tokyo: J-Beauty focuses on quality, tradition, and personalization, with a playful pop culture influence. 🇯🇵🎌 To share these insights in real time, we've developed a live tracker platform. 📲 Inspired by live news tickers, it lets colleagues follow our store checks, with real-time photos and a Miro board for clustering first impressions into trend topics.
