Today is the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia and we want to stand in solidarity with all LGBTQI+ people. 🏳️🌈 Certain types of corruption can be inherently discriminatory. For example, officials extorting sexual acts from women, girls and LGBTQI+ people in exchange for public services. Corruption and discrimination are both significant obstacles to the achievement of sustainable and inclusive development. Until the publication of our report "Defying Exclusion: Stories and Insights on the Links between Discrimination and Corruption", they were largely understood in isolation from each other. We changed that. The report identifies and explores the direct, causal relationship and interconnection between them. Check it out!
