I will never forget how there was an international outrage over 40 fake babies, but not about the 1030 real ones.

I was in Jenin and I cannot explain how ruthless the Israeli military is being. The city is like a ghost town and the refugee camp is a collective torture chamber. Israeli practices in Jenin include: Mass arrests including minors, Blowing up homes of civilians Denying entry of food, water, medics The children that managed to escape are traumatized, they’re nothing but tears and shock. Everyone is unable to fully recognize this unprecedented violence and at such an intensity. Jenin is another Gaza in terms of violence being inflicted.ALT

Palestinian tiktoker Medo Halimy was martyred yesterday. He was growing a garden and making “a day in the life” tiktoks while in Gaza. He was just 19 years old and now he’s gone, but y'all wanna pretend that people wanting hard stances against genocide is some kind of moral superiority issue and not the fact that people are literally dying.

This is his family’s gofundme that’s still linked to his tiktok. Please send some help their way so they no longer have to lose more of their family.

STAGNANT CAMPAIGN: Save Family Surviving Bombings in North Gaza

Hi all, I want to spotlight Hazem (@hazempalestine), a young dentistry student in his 20s who left home in 2018 in order to pursue his medical license. He has not been home since then, has missed so many pivotal moments in his younger siblings’ lives—birthdays, graduations, and more—just so he could provide for them.

Hazem is the neighbor and childhood friend of Bilal (@bilal-salah0), they have not seen each other since Hazem left to attend dentistry school in Belgium and Bilal to Germany for his university studies, but Bilal has kept in close contact with him and could personally vouch for him. Additionally, Hussein personally verified Hazem’s family evacuation campaign. So please don’t hesitate to donate!

Hazem’s parents and his younger siblings are living in the Jabalia refugee camp in North Gaza, which was bombed three days ago. Hazem lost contact with them for an entire day. This is not normal. I refuse to let news outlets continue to normalize the fear and terror felt by Palestinians living in and outside of Gaza.

Hazem has five younger siblings, all of them top students of their class prior to the invasion, inspired by Hazem’s drive and passion for learning and helping people. But now all of them, including Hazem’s youngest brother, spend their days clearing rubble from the tent campgrounds after a bombing, re-establishing clean water sources, and foraging for food.

This campaign is severely stagnating, many times without me and other blogs proactively tagging bigger blogs for reach, Hazem’s family would not get a single donation in hours. This is unacceptable. Please help these 5 young kids.

We are trying to raise funds to secure the evacuation registration fee for Hazem’s youngest brother. There has only been 3 donations in the past 2 hours.

€9,069 raised of the €10,000 short term goal. Can we try to raise another €431 by the end of the day?

Only €15 raised in the past 45 minutes. It seems like if Hazem or any of us isn’t posting about him every 30 minutes the entire website forgets about his family. Please stand up and advocate for Hazem’s younger siblings. There are five of them, and while Hazem is a private person, I could tell from the things he has shared that his younger siblings are the most important thing to him in this entire world. Please don’t let them be separated any longer than they have to.

We absolutely need to reach the 10k goal to evacuate both Hazem’s youngest sister and youngest brother by tomorrow. €9,637 currently raised of €10,000 goal, we urgently need €363 more for this to be possible. It’s you or no one. Donate what you can spare.

i’m not the first person to note this, but imane khelif, in addition to winning a gold in boxing, has also managed the superhuman feat of getting jk rowling to shut the fuck up. i think the ioc should give her another medal.

“kamala supports a ceasefire she said ceasefire” SHES USING THE WORD CEASEFIRE TO GET IT IN THE NEWSPAPERS WHILE HER TEAM ALSO SAYS ISRAEL HAS A RIGHT TO DEFEND ITSELF AND REFUTES THE UNCOMMITTED MOVEMENT LEADERS BY CLARIFYING THAT THEY WONT SUPPORT AN ARMS EMBARGO AGAINST ISRAEL WHICH MEANS THEY SUPPORT GIVING MORE ARMS TO ISRAEL WHICH IS NOT A CEASEFIRE

Gazan fundraisers are not tumblr/ social media novelties that should wear off, just because you have come across the 5 or 75th post about them. These fundraisers are someone’s life. The colonizers- the government of the imperial core- made it so; of course then, if something so unimaginably cruel is happening in the world, you are going to feel the recoil of it or the reverberation of it wherever you are. Because this is not normal. You understand that right? The Notre Dame catching fire caused more reaction amongst the government of the West; in Gaza tents with human beings are burning! Tents they had to go live in after their houses came down on them and trapped them under the rubble- there’s still no genuine attempts from the world powers to stop this. They want you to think this is normal, so it is your duty that you don’t normalize this. The gfms of families surviving genocide is not normal-> this sentence should be an abnormal sentence to you. It is because of this you should not turn away. In fact you should make more of an effort to go through them- to read, to donate. The engagement with fundraisers is going down! Don’t let them become just another post on tumblr please- it is not even a year; Palestinians have been fighting this fight for 76 years!!

My posts have no value if they do not help Gazans in bringing in donations- this is not for rhetoric. And since this has gotten over 20 notes, it is more than enough for me to bring your attention to Siraj Abudayeh’s ( @siraj2024 ) fundraiser. His weekly goal this time is to reach 40k- that is $8605 CAD away. With his fundraiser currently stagnating, we need your attention on him.

Vetting at 219 on Hussein’s fundraiser.

more and more people keep dying, the majority of whom are children. the last time we heard of an actually functioning hospital in gaza was from months ago. now israel is focusing its efforts on schools (where displaced people are sheltering) and still more people are dying. whole futures getting wiped out by the moment. not sure how anyone can look at that and choose to do nothing, but people have been surprising me w their levels of apathy.

asking you guys not to look the other way and donate to hani’s campaign. his dad passed away in al-shifa hospital as a direct result of an israeli attack that left it without any medical aid. all his siblings are still stuck in gaza, two of whom are baby girls. any amount of money helps, and his family’s livelihood depends on it. and please share this so more ppl can get the chance to donate.
