Clarifying that the use of a TLD is not related to the connectivity in a territory would be a nice first step, as I just found out about it thanks to your comment --186.31.172.0 (talk) 14:05, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
"Registration form" a dead link?
editClicking the Registration Form link brings up a 404 error. I went to the website that hosted said document and it takes a long time to load. (It's most likely down by the looks of it) ZuM4 03x (talk) 06:09, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
