    Coming a little late to this <g> but as you've probably worked out by now, you can't edit reflist directly, you edit the ref tags wherever they are in the article (and you can find the ref using the up arrows in the reflist). You will see that this reference uses the {{cite web}} template and if you go to the page for that template you'll see that you can disable dodgy websites using the |url-status=unfit parameter.
