I inserted a ton of links, but the excruciatingly slow wiki servers (there's some kind of problem today) deterred me from following through to see whether they really linked anywhere or whether they were the best links for the specific material. I'll mark this page and try to get back to it eventually, but if someone gets here first, I won't complain!
