editOccasio Winery releases new 2012 Angelica (Father Duran revealed most of the recipe for Angelica in a letter he wrote to Governor Figueroa in 1833. However, the portion of the recipe that was missing did not mention the type of brandy used in fortifying Angelica, a very key component.
