Please cite some sources for the Ballantine's Day material. Quite frankly, I'm skeptical. It originated two different dates -- both within the last two years? This doesn't seem notable or verifiable, has no sources cited, borders on original research ... and quite frankly, seems suspiciously like something someone just made up one day and wanted to write an article about. Again -- please cite some sources to clear up these points. Thanks! 66.17.118.195 17:35, 14 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Whisky categorization

edit

The Wiki article on Scotch Whisky and other related articles indicate that a blend of single malts, which this product is claimed to be, should currently be described as a "blended malt" whisky. As the article does not use this term, its terminology may need updating. Note also that the term "vatted malt" is said elsewhere to be non-current. Alfrew (talk) 23:27, 3 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Distribution of Ballantines.

edit

I live in Southern Spain, and enjoy a regular tipple of my favourite whiskey. Why can I not buy it whilst visiting family in the U.K.? Do you have an export policy for the U.K.? Yours sincerely. Alexander Bell. 217.61.227.51 (talk) 19:28, 25 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
