Date of birth

Did he really die on his birthday, or was that only added to show he was 76 at the time of his death? — Wyliepedia 01:55, 15 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

His first computer art picture

edit

What information can be found about his computer art pictures from 1962? Did he have these pictures exhibited at MIT in 1962? In what other year?--Maxim Pouska (talk) 07:35, 26 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello I found this some time ago and it is now published in Computer art The text , I wrote this text - it is also not a copyright problem, I think.:

The term "computer art On the title page of the magazine Computers and Automation, January 1963, Edmund Berkeley published a picture by Efraim Arazi from 1962, coining for it the term "computer art." This picture inspired him to initiate the first Computer Art Contest in 1963. The annual contest was a key point in the development of computer art up to the year 1973.[1][2]

I think it is only fair to publish this text here too. Best.--Maxim Pouska (talk) 19:31, 7 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
