Lack of Source for Meji Restoration

No source was given for the claim that there was a land value tax implemented during the Meji restoration. Specifics are even given which makes it even more problematic. Quite agree.
This is the strong argument in favour. Privatizing this publicly created value is evidently out of order. There are documented arguments stressing this. Guy Standing is one good source.
