Rephrase?

This wording is somewhat confusing: "Pontifical noble titles, like marquis Silva de Balboa, also as count of Urquijo. Entry motu proprio into Pontifical Equestrian Orders of Chivalry, are in the personal gift of the pope, and the grant of these titles is not recorded in the Acts of The Holy See." It might be best to rephrase it, if someone knows what exactly might have been meant by this. --Ehitaja (talk) 10:34, 19 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
