According to Radio Ognjišče, the awards were bestowed already in 1939.[1] I've tried to find additional sources about this but didn't manage to. Does someone else know about whether the material by Ognjišče is true and if it is, what is the relationship between the awards given in 1939 and the awards, given since 1947? --Eleassar my talk 23:45, 6 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
