Cleaning up the NPOV

This article was written in a narrative voice not appropriate for Wikipedia. Its NPOV was questionable. I deleted much of the text and added a few references to start the process of cleaning up this article. --Ryandwayne 21:09, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
