Can anyone tell me what criteria are used for this page and its subcategories? -Dewelar (talk) 01:49, 24 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I'll try an easier question: can anyone tell me what the purpose of this category is? I've seen its various subcategories cropping up randomly on pages with no apparent rhyme or reason, other than the person happens to have the same last name as the "family". If that's all it is, then I'd say the category itself is pretty much useless. -Dewelar (talk) 19:43, 7 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Since it's been nearly three months without an answer, I will assume that this category has no real criteria. I will now proceed in removing this and any related category from any article which I edit. Mind you, this has been a grand total of one thus far, so no one will probably even notice. -Dewelar (talk) 14:34, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
