Eko Ejembi Eko is a Nigerian lawyer.[1] and notary public known for his extensive legal career and contributions to various fields of law, holding the rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.[2] Born on May 17, 1980, is from Benue State, Nigeria, Eko is recognized for his expertise in litigation, human rights law, family law, corporate law and election jurisprudence.[3][4]

Education

Eko holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of London, specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law, completed his legal education at the Nigerian Law School in Lagos[5], earned his LL.B (Hons) from Benue State University, Makurdi, Benue State.[6]

Career

Eko honed his litigation skills at a law firm in 2008 before establishing his own private legal practice in 2014.[7][6] In 2021, he was one of 72 senior legal practitioners conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria.[8] Notably, he was invited to serve and provided comments on the Dissenting View of Honourable Justice Ejembi Eko in JEGEDE AND ANOR. V. INEC AND ORS-(2021) LPELR-55481(SC)[9]
