Mostly to fix links after a page move. Used AWB years ago, today surprised to find it requires a separate authorisation. Must have missed it. Thanks :) — kashmīrī TALK 16:15, 8 May 2024 (UTC)

I love correcting errors on pages and often use the Check Wikipedia tool to find pages to fix. I would appreciate using this tool to help. Thank you! Paulinefowler666 (talk) 18:09, 8 May 2024 (UTC)

For the past bit i've been been contributing to Wikipedia by means of Counter Vandalism, as an extension of this I think that AWB can allow me to further my counter vandalism efforts, as well as extend into other maintenance like contributions with a similar level of efficiency as my counter-vandalism efforts. Reason for requesting autowikibrowser rights: I've been doing counter-vandalism for a bit, and AWB rights will allow me to begin editing Wikipedia with similar effectiveness that I have while recent changes patrolling. I hope to contribute to the law Wikiproject and overall Wikipedia mainspace. BerryForPerpetuity (talk) 14:12, 10 May 2024 (UTC)
- BerryForPerpetuity, AWB isn't really useful for counter-vandalism. How do you see yourself using AWB if granted access? Primefac (talk) 14:22, 10 May 2024 (UTC)
- Primefac; typos in articles, AWB's general fixes, and tagging is probably what I would start out with. Counter-Vandalism was just an example for the efficiency I hope to achieve with my AWB edits. BerryForPerpetuity (talk) BerryForPerpetuity (talk) 14:26, 10 May 2024 (UTC)

I'm an on-and-off WP:GNOME with a decent knowledge of regex, and would like to use AWB to make corrections for typos, formatting errors, and other similar things faster - in general, stuff that can be found with a quick regex search. {{Lemondoge|Talk|Contributions}} 18:25, 10 May 2024 (UTC)

I just want to have a method to edit Wikipedia efficiently and swiftly. Dominic3203 (talk) 04:31, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
- For what sort of "swift and efficient" sorts of edits do you see yourself using AWB? Primefac (talk) 11:11, 13 May 2024 (UTC)
