I requested rollback permission around five weeks ago. At that time I had only three/four days of experience and was advised to wait around three weeks and then resubmit a request. You can look at that request (see link) for some additional information (including some information on past experience), and the reason for requesting this permission is still the same: I would like to try and use Huggle.
