Diagram for the vote

@Areat I have added the diagram since the vote is basically done by an electoral college/constitutional convention/legislative body that votes on the main line of the movement. I know it's difficult to explain how POLISARIO Front works since it's a sui generis entity at this point but I think that having a visual way to see the results is good enough and that the diagram does such work + a similar use is done at South Korean presidential elections (1972, 1978, 1979, 1980).
