solecism[edit]

The article says that Castiglione was called "Pius 8" by Pius 7 "even before his [Pius 7's] death". Well, Pius 7 couldn't very well have called him anything *after* his death, could he? 2603:6081:C00:4000:44F3:8AFC:55F5:C1FE (talk) 17:51, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
