Page Needs Lots of Rewriting

Hello,

I would appreciate it if others who have knowledge on this subject (such that they know what to research and properly reference, not just to add information without citations) could assist in the improvement of this page. It needs reformatting and updating. I do not think I should be the only person doing these corrections and modifications. Thank you,
