Article needs to be reviewed
[edit]…by people with a broader knowledge of the disease states involved. Before my arrival, the article focused on the one Baylor paper, and its institutional PR and the immediate science news reports thereafter. I have begun to remediate this mis-focus, making clear that the association between progeroid features and FBN1 mutations long predated the discovery of the hormone. - The discussion of Marfan lipodystrophy syndrome would probably better fit as a subsection of the article on Marfan syndrome. This article is about the hormone. The Cell paper published by Chopra and his coworkers is at this point the only paper I am aware of that has been published concerning the hormone. I feel the focus in this article should be the hormone. --Robert.Allen (talk) 03:11, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
