Split?

[edit]

This is confusing: I followed a link from “County of Aversa” and found myself on a page listing the various counts; there was very little about the county itself. I then found this page, where half of the History section deals with the County (which took up less than 40 years of the city's history).
So, can I suggest that we have an article at County of Aversa (which is currently just a redirect), that we move the stuff about it here to there, (leaving a short summary in the History section here), and that we merge the List article into the new County article. The subject seems notable enough (there's a nice-looking article (it) on the Italian WP on the subject) and it would make sense of the incoming links (most of which are on this template, which has "County of Aversa" on it, but is piped to the "List of .." page). Also it would resolve the imbalance in the History section here.
Any thoughts? Moonraker12 (talk) 21:39, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
