Combatants

[edit]

The first paragraph refers to "a force loyal to Maude." Is that supposed to be "Matilda?" I ask because in Ken Follett's "The Pillars of the Earth" the name of Stephen's rival for the throne was changed from the historical "Matilda" to "Maude." Did something from the book creep in here?
