Rename article "Burlington Hotel (Dublin)"

Hi! I work for Dalata Hotel Group, owners of the property, as there is a COI prefer not to make changes myself.

The hotel rebranded in December 2016 and is now commonly known as "Clayton Hotel Burlington Road" so propose renaming article accordingly.
