What I did to this article and why.
[edit]This project never made it out of the permit phase. Therefore I:
- Removed the tag requesting geographic coordinates
- Rewrote it in the past tense
- Removed projections dependent on the completion of the project
- Removed promotional language: Wikipedia isn't an advertising site.
