Civil vs CoI[edit]

"They no longer correspond to the boundaries of Roman Catholic or Church of Ireland parishes, which are generally larger."

"Church of Ireland parishes usually conform to civil parish boundaries."

Not sure which of these is correct, but they can't both be. Possibly it formerly was the case for CoI parishes, but there's been mergers since? Or are the parishes much the same, but they work in "unions" and the like now? 109.255.211.6 (talk) 14:53, 3 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
