Washington examiner mention[edit]

Why is this even included under the funding section? And why the attack on the Washington examiner, claiming they are climate change denialists? I feel like whoever wrote this section just hates the Washington examiner and wanted to pop this in here for no reason. It literally has nothing to do with funding.
