lists in body

so i'm reverting all the lists in the body of the text, at the very least because they have absolutely no date reference. Also I don't think lists of names is very encyclopedic anyways.

Also unencyclopedic- listing county info but only for five counties when texas has dozens and dozens...

also using direct lifts from the bexar county website.

Texas has 273 counties with each county having at least 2, usually precincts.--71.162.161.175 (talk) 21:23, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
