Notability[edit]

Why does anyone care about a bus company in Israel? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.69.202.81 (talk) 21:44, 13 August 2005

for those who ask "Why would anyone care about a bus company in Israel?" The answer is, that information is information and thus has an infinte value. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.25.124.146 (talk) 14:04, 3 November 2005

Dan is no longer a cooperative[edit]

From May 2002 it's a limited company. Therefor the title of this article should reflect that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nitsansh (talkcontribs) 03:26, 21 December 2005

operationg hours[edit]

During the last year (2007) , Dan changed the operating hours of most of its lines. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.95.169.193 (talk) 13:55, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Samaria, a region of the country"?[edit]

I wonder, is there really a reliable source for the claim that a part of Israel is called "Samaria" and "Judea"? To me, it appears to be Israel-specific (and thus POV) terminology. I suggest simply "The northern part of the West Bank". MeteorMaker (talk) 15:41, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge of Dan BaDarom and Dan Beersheva into Dan Bus Company[edit]

While there is NO NOTABILITY PROBLEM with Dan BaDarom and Dan Beersheva, these articles are unjustified WP:SPINOFFs of the parent company. PLEASE DO NOT respond with "but there are sources" (irrelevant by this rationale) or "but it can be expanded from Hewiki" (unless you actually do that for all articles). Only when all articles are sufficiently developed, these can live alongside each other. Right now all these shorts contribute to a severe lack of upkeep and the need for the reader to chase after snippets of information. What a nightmare of a user experience! gidonb (talk) 09:23, 24 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
