Cost of destroyer (which billion?)[edit]

The article says the destroyer costs Rs7 Billion. Is this the long scale or short scale billion? I.e., is it x10^9 or x10^12? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.164.4.230 (talk) 04:46, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
