Removal of PR language

[edit]

Because this article was created originally with WP:PEACOCK and NPOV problems, it was rewritten. In fact, it was those very problems which caused the Afd discussion -- it read like a press release and Benador's notability was lost behind a lot of PR language. As it currently stands, the article adheres to MOS:BIO guidelines. The lede should concisely state who she is (a publicist) and why she is notable, i.e. why she received signifiant coverage by independent sources (her work with Benador Associates). Not everything is appropriate for the introduction. Other than as a mention of her current status, her work with Benador Public Relations is considered non-notable because it has received no significant coverage. This doesn't mean her other work is unimportant, it simply means it lacks significance in an encyclopedic sense. This is the reason that her current work and other affiliations are noted only in the main text. CactusWriter | needles 14:04, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
