Urban residents using them for walking
[edit]Is it really necessary to say that certain people in California use fire roads as hiking trails. That's certainly the case everywhere. I added a citation needed tag to that sentence, but I think it can be deleted or modified to say "people often use fire trails for recreational hiking."
