Promotion to Brigadier General

This article would be improved if there some details of the service in which Colonel Schwable were promoted to Brigadier General and his date of promotion. I am going to do some digging. I came here because an apparent Russian-leaning troll posted about USAF 1LT Charles M Kerr confessing to having been engaged in biological warfare and Medium article by Jeffrey Kaye led me to Colonel Hawes and to this Wikipedia article, which is well referenced up through the Colonel's acquittal by the court martial and his immediate follow-on assignment, but it opens with him being a Brigadier General so something else happened that is not in this article.2600:1700:9750:AC50:FD44:75F2:6C09:2461 (talk) 11:58, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
