1969? Really?? Somehow I thought I remembered when they were introduced. Were they reintroduced, or something, in 1998 or so?

Sadly, the wasabi flavor has been discontinued, but i do not know why or what date this happened.

I can never find them in Canada(or in the kootenay's anyway)...I wonder why?

1. I feel like it would be useful to capture the list of ingredients for historical reference, but adding it to the main article is probably unencyclopedic; can anyone suggest how to append such a reference in Wikimedia? 2. Anyone know why the product (as of 2023) is labeled "© 1987 Frito-Lay North America, Inc." -- "funyuns ®" is a Registered Tradmark, so what is copywrited? The copy on the bag?
