Disputed scientific quality

[edit]

According to the rework done on the French Wikipedia page, a lot of points in this page are extremely vague, not properly sourced and lacking any scientific grounding. I hope that a qualified Wikipedian will come round soon and straighten this article up.Pensées de Pascal (talk) 22:20, 6 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I think it is unlikely at present as there appears to be considerable overlap between the phenomena of orographic lows formed in the region of the gulf of Genoa and VB track cyclones, which is in part I think, due to linguistic and cultural differences in how such systems are perceived nationally (i.e. there's a lack of a neutral unified approach to looking at these events). My own personal thoughts would be to follow a more German approach and include this page in a page on Mediterranean Cyclogenesis, but that would probably require a greater pool of available literature, and time.Lacunae (talk) 18:56, 7 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
