Incorrect attribution of the reign title[edit]

Please see this essay by notable historian of Vietnamese history Lê Minh Khải, he notes that this supposed etymology is a misinterpretation originating from the late 19th century. --Donald Trung (talk) 08:55, 26 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I altered it, I personally never believed this folk etymology and believed that it was caused by people not understanding Traditional Chinese characters, but apparently it was from before the time that Latin script replaced them in Vietnamese. I think that there could be a whole section about misconceptions about his reign and life, as I've seen more. --Donald Trung (talk) 09:01, 26 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
