Currently the article doesn't mention the role of Zainichi Koreans in the dish at all; it attributes the dish solely to a Japanese chef in 1940. The Japanese version of this article discusses the topic in depth; not sure why this version excludes it. 104.232.119.107 (talk) 18:08, 13 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
