Untitled[edit]

This article is wrong. "If I Ever Fall in Love" never went to Number One on the R & B charts. The highest it got was number 2 on December 5, 1992 where is sat for 8 weeks behind Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.226.211.33 (talk) 12:42, 6 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

"I Will Always Love You" became number one on December 5 1992 and ran 11 weeks at number one. Billboard revised the R and B singles chart over to Soundscan/BDS monitoring. The week before that Lo-Key hit number one with "I Got a Thang For Ya", as seen in the link above.
