The lyrics were written by Frayser Boy, and the music was composed by Juicy J and DJ Paul. The end credits in the film credit all three as writers, and all three were nominated for the Oscar. http://www.commercialappeal.com/mca/music/article/0,1426,MCA_505_4512979,00.html SluggoOne 19:53, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oscar performance lyrics

[edit]

I have deleted this phrase from the article: some closed caption systems read the lyrics as "witches jumping ships", entirely changing the phrase "bitches talking shit". I just watched the movie, and the phrase used in the movie is clearly "bitches jumping ship," both when the song is first recorded, and again when it's played over the closing credits. | Mr. Darcy talk 03:23, 14 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Eminem had not performed at the ceremony when he won because he was angry with the academy for not letting him perform the original version rather than the Radio edit version of the song.[citation needed]
