Date of birth and age at death

I have replaced the unsourced date of birth with the "birth based on age as of date" template based on Frazee's age as stated in her obituary in The New York Times. I also changed her age at death back to 67 (that shown in the obituary) after someone changed it to 70. If someone has a reliable source for a specific date of birth, please provide it.
